So, here's the poll.
The following items will definitely be in any building (or group of buildings) we build:
One bedroom/suite for each PC (not counting animal companions)
If necessary, servant quarters or barracks, as appropriate
One or more simple bath rooms (number depends on number of separate buildings)
Here's what Private Design Specs means:
(As suggested by a party member)
Each PC will have a budget and an allowance of spaces to do with whatever he/she chooses. These spaces may be made private (no one else can enter), but this is a problem for two reasons: 1) if that PC exits the party, the space becomes unusable, and 2) making the space private requires the use of extremely expensive building components, such as portals.
But if everyone wants this, we can do it.
Note: You do not have to vote for Private Design Spec to get an area made to your liking. You can just tell me what you want in your own special areas.
Not sure how to deal with the multi-PC-per-player thing. I think I'll just do it this way: Comment if you have more than one PC who wants a particular thing given a vote.
